- 24 hours or more before the tour start time: Full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date within 6 months, subject to availability and without additional fees (excluding any price differences).
- Less than 24 hours before the tour start time, including no-shows: No refund or rescheduling. This includes cancellations due to personal circumstances, illness, or failure to arrive on time. We recommend travel insurance to cover such events.
- If we cancel the tour: In rare cases, such as severe weather, insufficient participants (for group tours, if applicable), or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
- Changes to bookings: Requests to change participant numbers or itineraries must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for refunds due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule where possible.
- Over-18 Policy: All participants must be 18 years or older for wine tastings (as per Australian law). If a participant is found to be underage, they may be excluded from tastings without refund.
- Gift Vouchers or Pre-Paid Bookings: Vouchers are non-refundable but transferable. They expire after 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
