Meeting and Pickup

• Pickup at your residence or location
• $40 surcharge applies for pickups south of Reynella and Adelaide Port.
• Other locations available on request (may incur extra fee).

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the experience start time.
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before start time.
• Changes less than 24 hours before start time not accepted.
• Cut-off times based on the experience’s local time (ACDT).
