If a cellar door is closed or fully booked on your date, we substitute one of similar standing and let you know before the day.

Pickup

• Pickup and return at your chosen location
• A $40 surcharge applies for pickups more than 10 km north of the city

Cancellation

• 7 days' notice or more — full refund
• Between 3 and 7 days — 50% refund, or move your date free of charge
• Less than 3 days, or a no-show — no refund
